Goats or Blue Cheese and Onion Marmalade Tartlets

Ingredients:

400 gm   Shortcrust pastry
150 gm   Blue or goats cheese (or do half of each)
125 gm   Lynwood onion marmalade

Method:

I like to use small bite size tart molds as these make a great little canapé for a drinks party!

Once the pastry is defrosted, unroll it and cut out your rounds and place them in your tart molds with some greaseproof paper and blind baking beads.

Depending on the size you will need to cook them for about 6-8 minutes at 180’ C until slightly browning.  Remove from the oven and take out the beads and pop back in the oven for a further 4 minutes until golden.

Place a small amount of cheese in the mold and bake for a further 2 mins, remove and top with some onion marmalade and serve warm.
