Prawn Chilli Tomato Pasta

Ingredients:

500gm     Zecca pasta
20              Prawns (fresh or frozen)
1 jar           Lynwood chilli tomato jam 
Fresh rocket and/or basil

Method:

Cook the pasta with some oil and salt in the water.  While that’s cooking, place some oil in a pan and fry the prawns for a few minutes then add the chilli tomato sauce and combine.  Cook for a further 3 minutes or until the prawns are cooked.  Drain the pasta and add the sauce, combine well and then fold in the rocket and serve with basil on top.

From start to finish this dish should take no longer than 10 minutes.  Great if you get back from work late and need a quick dinner!
