Rod's Mushroom and Onion Steak Sauce



Melt the butter and oil in small pan. Saute the mushrooms until soft. Add the flour to the pan and make a paste. Pour in the stock and stir till smooth and slightly thick. Add the Simply Stirred Caramelised Onion, pepper and salt. Cook until the sauce thickens then serve on top of your favourite cut of grilled steak.
