Summer salad with Quince paste
Ingredients:
- 200g mixed lettuce
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 150g Manchego cheese
- 100g quince paste
- 2 walnuts, shelled
- 2 tabs corn kernels
- Salt, olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Method:
Cut the cheese and quince paste into cubes. Mix with the lettuce. Decorate with the walnuts, corn and cherry tomatoes, and dress to taste.
